Bill has worked in the railroad industry since 1977. He has more than 40 years of experience involving design, estimating, layout, scheduling of manpower, equipment and materials for major construction projects.

His projects include construction of bridges, tunnels and various types of track for transit agencies, Class 1 railroads, government agencies and private industry with additional experience in ballasted, direct fixation and embedded track construction.

His technical knowledge in heavy/light rail systems and civil infrastructure, his strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as his ability to work effectively with all personnel strengthens J-Track’s Central Division commitment to quality and excellence.

Senior Project Manager/Operations Manager

Dan, a seasoned construction project manager, has been involved in many large scale rail projects in the private sector as well as with the class 1

Dan, a seasoned construction project manager, has been involved in many large scale rail projects in the private sector as well as with the class 1 railroads.

He has also owned and operated his own construction business during his 20 years in the industry.

He graduated from Purdue University and holds a degree in Construction Management.

Dan’s role with this team will be to oversee and manage all construction operations for the new division in Chicago.
