More Than Just Track Work.
We Make Cities Work.
Transit & Track Construction
Keeping Tracks Running
J-Track is skilled in all aspects of track and transit work. We have built every type of track, from Direct Fixation, to Low Vibration Track, to Concrete Embedded Track. We have worked on elevated tracks, in stations, in vent plants, pump rooms, tunnels, embankments, and bridges. In every environment, in every location, we are always successful.
Concrete & Foundation Work
Keeping Piers Secure and Elevated Stations Stable
J-Track’s first project was a major concrete job on New York City’s Pier 86. Since then, we’ve built a reputation for major concrete projects under the most challenging circumstances – on piers, elevated stations and in tunnels, pouring thousands upon thousands of cubic yards of concrete.
Building Work / General Contractor
Keeping Locations Safe and Challenging Sub-Contractors
J-Track is increasingly being called in to perform vertical high-rise, architectural and structural work, in often the most challenging locations for clients including LIRR, NYCT, EDC, DDC, Turner Construction, and STV Engineers.
Keeping Laser Focused and Galvanizing Our Workforce
J-Track responds to emergencies in record time and we’re on call for the Port Authority, NY Transit Authority, and LIRR. When the Borough Hall Station ceiling collapsed, J-Track was the first responder. We made our name on restoring the A Line just months after Superstorm Sandy.
Storm / Flood Mitigation
Keeping Vigilant and Anticipating Vulnerabilities
Critical in anticipation of storm surges, J-Track is called upon to install barriers and harden existing structures, including subway stations, to make them weather resilient.
Keeping Infrastructure Intact and Restoring Breaks
Major metropolitan agencies, including Long Island Power Authority, NATGRID and Con Edison count on J-Track for installation of their subsurface utilities – gas, electric, water, and sewer.
