Midland Tech, LLC joined the Judlau Companies to assist in the management of niche market electrical projects. The Company operates in select markets where the majority of work is divided among specialty trades. By teaming up with specialty electrical and mechanical contractors and applying its extensive knowledge of state and city agencies, Midland Tech is able to provide unsurpassed work at competitive pricing.

While developing its strengths in the prime contractor arena Midland Tech has provided construction management services on various projects. These have included a Metro Guard System to detect bio hazardous chemicals; wrap-up work at a Metropolitan Transportation Authority Consolidated Revenue Facility; and replacement of signal towers and other roofs at three locations. These projects totaling over $ 4 million were completed on schedule and under budget.

Today, Midland Tech is responsible for a $4.5 million installation of a CCTV Security and Access System on the Seven Node Facilities for New York City Transit (NYCT). In addition, Midland Tech was the low bidder on an $ 8 million dollar project to clean the wet-well system on the Lenox Avenue Line, which will increase the ability of the NYCT to control flooding of the subway system.

Midland Tech, in a joint venture, was awarded an $11 million project by the NYCT to rehabilitate the South Rail Road Substation. As part of the Judlau Companies team, Midland tech successfully completed installation of a CCTV system to monitor the platforms at nine subway stations for the safer transport of passengers.
